Meet at bridge near Redings Mill

Service Description

Join us for the FULL Loop of Wildcat Park! Please set aside 4.5 hours of your day as we meet at the bridge near Redings Mill. Bring your water bottle and wear your tennis shoes. We will be doing a standing flow midway! There will be a water filling station, and we'll provide small snacks midway through to keep you energized. After completing the loop, we'll finish with a rejuvenating yoga stretch on the bridge where we started. Let's enjoy the journey from pathways to peak poses together!
